Notable characteristics: Vibrant coral-peach blossoms with peach overtones that  fade to ivory. Excellent grower and plant habit. 

Hybridizer, year introduced: Samuel Wissing, 1965.

Growth habit and size at maturity: Grows to 36" tall and 36" wide.

Flower form and size: Semi-double, 6-7", borne on strong stems.

Flower fragrance: Green scented.

Bloom time: Early-season herbaceous peony, blooms in our USDA zone 6a garden in the first or second week of June.

Zone hardiness: Proven in USDA zones 4-9.


Plant size: Field dug, bare root plant, 4-5 'eyes' or buds with proportional roots. Ready to plant. This size plant will most likely flower a bit its first season, and have  more blooms in the second year.
