Variety description: 
Extremely cold hard and late blooming apricot cultivar from Uzbekistan. Mid-season ripening. Small to medium sized, sweet fruit. High chill requirement. 

Site requirements: Full sun location. Apricots will grow in a range of soil types provided the planting location is well drained. Soil pH of 6.0-7.0 is required.

Size at maturity: 12-15'.

Pests and diseases: Susceptible to Cytospora canker. Plum curculio never passes up a good apricot.

Hardiness: USDA zones 3-9. Has been noted to survive winter lows of 
–29°F in Minnesota. 

Plant size:   Grafted tree, 2-3' with strong central leader. Organically grown by Cricket Hill Garden, in compliance with CT NOFA Farmer's Pledge.
