Variety description: An antique apricot/plum hybrid from Italy. A good potential pollinator for other apri-plum hybrids such as 'Tlor Tisran' and 'Shaa Kar Pareh.' Small, purplish red fruit have juicy yellow flesh and sweet flavor. Ripens in early August.
Site requirements: Full sun location. Apricots will grow in a range of soil types provided the planting location is well drained. Soil pH of 6.0-7.0 is required.
Size at maturity: 12-15'.
Pests and diseases: Susceptible to Cytospora canker. Plum curculio never passes up a good apricot.
Hardiness: USDA zones 6-9.
