Variety description:This hardy variety originated as a chance seedling found growing in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York, where a 60 day growing season is the norm. Small fruit has non-fuzzy skin and dense, sweet flesh. This cultivar is self-fruitful and does not require a pollinator for good fruit set.This variety was introduced by St. Lawrence Nursery of Potsdam, NY which has long been an excellent source for northern climate fruit trees.
