Flowers are light reddish-pink with hidden purple flares at the petal base. Very unusual and rare to see double form rockii. Stock is limited, order soon! Flowers are 8-10" in diameter, in the golden circle form and are held upright, above the foliage. The flowers have a dense, sweet fragrance, which is a great reason to add this plant to your garden. Size of plant is now is about 24" tall, with two thick woody stems. All rockii hybrids are vigorous and tall growing, and extremely floriferous. The double form of rockii is quite rare. When young, these plants bloom in the simpler lotus form. Expect this tree peony to grow to 4 ft. wide and 5+ ft. tall by the 10th year. They make beautiful specimen plants.
