Stock#: p27-2 Price: $55.00 Luoyang Red - Luoyang Hong Chinese tree peony, 2 yrs. old, tree peony, 2 woody branches branches. Magenta-red flowers, 8-10 inches in diameter, are upwards facing. Relatively fast growing with numerous, densely fragrant blooms. Order and reserve now for spring shipping to USDA zones 4-7. Zones 8 & 9 are sent in fall. Luoyang City has been the capital of many ancient dynasties, and today is one of the major centers of peony cultivation. Growing 4-5 ft. tall and wide at maturity ( 10 years). Highly recommended as easy to grow. Two year old plants will bloom in about 1-2 years after planting. One of our personal favorites and a Chinese classic.
