This P. rockii is cultivar grows and flowers well. Good upright habit, with the flowers held well above the foliage. Our specimen is 15 years old and has already grown to 6' tall and 4' wide! These flowers are 8-10" in diameter, in the lotus form and are held well above the foliage. Flowers have a dense, sweet fragrance. Chinese tree peony, 3 yrs. old, 2-3 multi-branched, sturdy woody stems. All rockii hybrid tree peonies are vigorous and tall growing, and extremely floriferous. This will become a beautiful specimen plant. Patience is required, but it is rewarded. Order for USDA Zones 4-9. We have now sold all our stock on this item for 2012. We will have more in fall, 2013.
