Stock#: pbw-10 Price: $600.00 Purple Butterfly in the Wind- Zi Die Ying Feng Chinese tree peony, 10 yrs. old, 2 sturdy main stems supporting over 30 secondary and tertiary stems. With full foliage, this plant is 4 ft tall and 5 ft. wide. This season it had about 20 blossoms. Flower color is mid to light purple-red with dark purple flares at the petal base. This plant can still be expected to grow another foot in height. Extremely rare for us to offer a plant of this size, if we don't sell it this year, it will be to big to transplant! These flowers are 8-10" in diameter, in the lotus form and are held well above the foliage. Flowers have a dense, sweet fragrance. One customer told us that one cut flower perfumed and entire room!
