The origin of this herbaceous peony is not clear, though it looks like a Chinese herbaceous and is very fragrant. Great as a cut flower, long lasting and fragrant. Double flower, 6-7 inches in diameter, fragrant, luscious petals are deep, multi shades of pink. One of the plants from the test garden which always attracts attention for its color and fragrance. This plant is a prolific bloomer which flowers late in the peony season, extending your bloom period. All field grown stock, available for USDA zones 4-5-6-& 7 to ship beginning in March 2012.
